Why this matter is before the board: Board Authorization is required to award a contract for construction 2. History: The Board previously authorized staff to advertise for construction of the Donner Lake Pipelines - 2005 project. 3. New information: On June 8, Bids were received and opened for this project. Staff has totaled and reviewed all bids.
