Subject: Public hearing — Donner Lake water storage tanks CEQA
Why this matter is before the board: This matter is a public hearing scheduled
by the board of directors to receive public input regarding an Initial Environmental
Study and proposed Negative Declaration for construction of new Donner Lake

been prepared and circulated to the appropriate agencies. This public hearing
was advertised in compliance with law.
New information: At this point, the thirty day comment period is in progress.
This public hearing is part of the public comment process. There is no need to
take action on the documents at this time since the thirty- day comment period
will not have been completed.
