PUBLIC HEARING —At 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible a public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving written and or oral comments from members of the public regarding possible adoption of an Initial Environmental Study and proposed Negative Declaration related to the District's Pipeline Replacement Project (Tahoe Donner) —2006 ACTION ITEMS 8.
