2. Roll call
3. Public input — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not
on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the
time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the
agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced
at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any
given subject.)
WORKSHOP
4. Discussion with Ralph Andersen & Associates regarding the Interim General Manager
position.
a. This item involves a brief discussion on the Interim General Manager position and
input on items of interest to the Board with regards to potential contract negotiations
with selected candidate.
ACTION ITEM (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b)
public input, and (c) Board discussion and action
5. Discussion and possible action on the job duties and expectations for the Interim General
Manager and discussion and possible direction to negotiate an agreement for Interim
General Management Services.
WORKSHOP
6. Discussion with Ralph Andersen &Associates regarding the new General Manager search.
a. This item involves the search timeline, process and gathers input for the General
Manager Profile and search brochure.
