2. Roll call
3. Public input — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter
not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at
the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on
the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be
reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers
on any given subject.)
4. PUBLIC HEARING - At 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible a public hearing will
be held for the purpose of receiving written and or oral comments from members of the
public regarding adoption of an ordinance amending the By Laws of the District and
Title 2 of the Administration Code: Time of Regular Board meetings.
ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff
report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action
5. Consideration of an ordinance changing the start time of regular Board meetings to
6:00 PM.
a. This item involves amending the By-laws of the District such that regular Board
meetings on the first and third Wednesdays each month will begin at 6:00 PM,
rather than at 7:00 PM which is the current practice.
6. Review of resumes from persons interested in serving as Interim General Manager,
possible action.
a. This item involves a review of resumes from persons expressing an interest in
serving as interim General Manager.
7. Consideration of appointing a firm to conduct an audit of the District's 2007 financial
statements.
a. This item involves appointing Virchow Kraus accounting firm to conduct the annual
audit of District financial statements for 2007.
8. Consideration of renewing the contract between the District and the Northern California
Power Agency for power scheduling services.
a. This item involves renewing the existing contract between the District and NCPA
providing for daily scheduling of the District's power supply needs.

9. Consideration of a report on bids received and possible award of a contract for
installation of electric conduit.
a. This item involves possible award of a contract to install electric conduit on Pioneer
Drive at Donner Lake and at the Alder Drive Pump Station.
10.Consideration of an amendment to the Agreement between the District and Sierra
College for construction of water facilities related to construction of the Sierra College
Campus.
a. This item involves an additional cost for the upsizing of 1,100 feet of pipeline
from 8" to 12".
11.Consideration of approving plans, specifications and contract documents and issuing a
call for bids for development of a new Fibreboard Well.
a. This item involves seeking bids for development of a new well to meet the growing
water supply needs of the District.
12.Consideration of approving a contract for preparation of permitting application for low-
threat discharge associated with Fibreboard Well.
a. This item involves retaining the services of a consultant to prepare permitting
applications for development to the new well.
13.Reporting of action taken in closed session relating the sale of District owned land on
Glenshire Drive.
a. This item involves reporting to the public on action taken by the Board on closed
session relating to sale of District owned land on Glenshire Drive.

a. Approval of Treasurer's report through June 30, 2007.

17.Review of a report from the Citizens Advisory Committee on Energy Conservation,
possible action.
a. This item involves a review of the first status report from the newly formed Energy
Conservation Committee.
18.Discussion of declaring a parcel of District owned land as surplus and offering it for sale
to certain public agencies.
a. This item involves possible sale of a parcel of District owned land on East River
Street to facilitate solving neighborhood lot line problems.

19.Conference with legal counsel — existing litigation pursuant to Subdivision 9a of Section
54956.9 of the Government Code: a grievance filed by IBEW Local 1245.
ADJOURNMENT
