General Manager
TDPUD
P.O. Box 309
Truckee. CA 96160
Dear Mr. Holzmeister:
I understand that due to recent decision of the Truckee Donner Public Utilitv District's
current General Manager, Peter Holzmeister, to resign that the TDPUD board is looking
for a replacement. I would like to offer my services, until the new General Manager is
hired, to fill in as the Interim General Manager. I have general knowledge of the
workings of the public utility district and extensive management experience. To help
increase my knowledge of the TDPUD I would like to offer my services in an unpaid
capacity through the month of July working as an understudy to Peter Holzmeister. After
the month of July I would transfer into a paid status until which time a new General
Manager is hired.
In being resident in the TDPUD I have a vested and personal interest to make sure that
the utility district has as a seamless transition as possible. Thank you for taking the time
to consider my proposal.
Sincerely,
Dan Warren
