1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Public input — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the
agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is
considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker
will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the
Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.)
ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following,format: (a) staff report, (b)
public input, and (c) Board discussion and action)
4. Consideration of revising the Board meeting start time from 7:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
a. This item relates to the request of a Board member to begin the Board meetings at 6:00 pm as
opposed to the current start time of 7:00 pm.
5. Consideration of a contract to secure the services of an interim General Manager.
a. This item relates to securing the services of a person to act as interim General Manager until a
permanent General Manager is hired.
6. Consideration of approving funding of the Change Order Number 1 of the District Pipeline
Replacement—2007— Contract B.
a. This item relates to funding the replacement of water service laterals in Tahoe Donner through
funds secured in the 2006 water system COP.
7. Consideration of approving Contract Change Order Number 1 to the Storage Tank Rehabilitation -
2007 Project
a. This item relates to modifying various appurtenances (vents, hand rail and interior ladder) on the
Sierra Meadows water tank prior to recoating the interior.
8. Consideration of approval of an easement agreement for a power distribution line and reciprocal quit
claims.
a. This item relates to resolving power line easements between the District and the San Francisco
Fly Casters Club at property owned by the District on Glenshire Drive.

ADJOURNMENT

• Preparation of the 2008 budget
• Review of various District procedural policies
• Discussion of developing a low income water and electric rate.
• Planning for new corporation yard
• Review of District organizational structure
• Review of the monthly Glenshire billing surcharge
• Discussion of development rights at McGlashan property
