1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Public input — This time is set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not
on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the
time that item is considered.
SPECIAL WORKSHOP ITEM
4. Discussion of possible transfer of development rights from McGlashan property to other
property.
a. This item involves a discussion of the process for transferring development rights
from one parcel to another leading to dedication of a parcel as open space.
PUBLIC HEARING
5. AT 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible a public hearing will be held for the purpose
of receiving written and oral comments from members of the public regarding possible
adoption of an initial Environmental Study and draft Negative Declaration for the proposed
installation of an underground power line on Pioneer Drive at Donner Lake.
ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff
report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action
6. Consideration of adoption of an energy conservation program and associated funding.
a. This item relates to possible adoption of an interim energy conservation plan
including funding for rebates and other program elements.
7. Consideration of a report on bids received and possible award of a contract for the
purchase of water system pumps.
a. This item relates to the purchase of pumps to be used at the Alder Drive and Sierra
Meadows booster pump stations.
8. Consideration of a report on bids received and possible award of a contract for purchase
of electrical equipment.
a. This item relates to the purchase of motor control centers to be used at the Alder
Drive and Sierra Meadows booster pump stations.
9. Consideration of Purchasing Oracle Fusion Middleware for Information System Integration
a. This item relates to building an integration method between our call center, CRC
and our Outage Management Software.

10.Consideration of a Contract Change Order to the District Pipeline Replacement
Project— 2007 — Contract B.
a. This item related to replacing eight water service laterals in the Tahoe Donner area
not currently included in the contract.
11.Consideration of a report on bids received and possible award of a contract for the
purchase of electric system wire and cable.
a. This item relates to purchase of electric system wire and cable that is anticipated to
be needed to accomplish projects planned in 2008.
WORKSHOP ITEM
12.Discussion of retaining the services of a temporary General Manager.
a. This item relates to discussion of the process for employing an interim General
Manager until a new permanent General Manager is hired.
ROUTINE BUSINESS
13.Consideration of minutes for April 13, 18, 26 and May 2, 2007.
14.Staff reports
