PROJECT NARRATIVE
THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF DEMOLISHING AND REPLACING THE EXISTING COVERED OUTDOOR
ENTRY, STUCCO SIDING, WINDOWS, AND MONUMENT SIGNAGE. ADDITIONAL SOLAR PANEL AWNINGS
AND AN OUTDOOR EMPLOYEE ROOF WILL BE BUILT. THE SUBGRADE WATERPROOFING AT THE
SOUTHWEST BUILDING CORNER WILL BE RE-INSTALLED. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN NEVADA
COUNTY, IN TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA.
WORK CONSISTS OF: DEMOLITION, REMEDIATION, SITEWORK, CONCRETE, METALS, WOODS,
PLASTICS, THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION, DOORS AND WINDOWS, FINISHES, SPECIALTIES,
AND ELECTRICAL.
