This NISC Open API Exhibit sets forth the pricing for the Open Application Program Interfaces (“Open APIs”), which are a set of
routines, protocols, and tools that enable NISC Members to leverage the iVUE System through NISC Open APIs to communicate
between various third‐party software components.
Outlined below are NISC’s Open APIs for Standard Business Processes and descriptions along with the Monthly Recurring Fees
associated with each API. The checked APIs are the ones that you have selected to implement as of the Effective Date of this
Purchase Order. Upon making any additions or deletions to the requested APIs, you will receive an updated Exhibit that reflects
the change(s) to your API usage. Any modifications or vendor changes to interfaces are subject to Professional Services
Implementation Fees for labor and effort required. Open APIs will be billed as one line item on your monthly recurring invoice from
NISC. Implementation Fees will be outlined in the Purchase Order. Please refer to the Table 1 Descriptions for additional details.
NISC assumes that any 3rd Party vendors will conform to the Open API Interfaces NISC has in place. NISC interface pricing does not
include any fees assessed by third party vendors to support their interface integration into iVUE.
