HomeMy WebLinkAbout10 Attachment #1, IGM Employment Amendment No. 1 {00951881.DOCX 2 } AMENDMENT No. 1 To INTERIM GENERAL MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This Amendment No. 1 to the Interim General Manager Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of May 5, 2021, by and between the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT (TDPUD) and BRIAN WRIGHT (hereinafter referred to as “Wright” or “Employee”), as follows: WHEREAS, the TDPUD and Wright entered into the Interim General Manager Employment Agreement as of January 8, 2021 (“Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the TDPUD and Wright now desire to extend the term of the. NOW THEREFORE, the TDPUD and WRIGHT agree as follows: Section 3 of the Agreement, TERM, is amended in its entirety to read as follows: 3. TERM. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the November 18, 2020 (“Effective Date”) and shall terminate on midnight, July 2, 2021 (“Expiration Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement may be terminated prior to said Expiration Date in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall this Agreement be effective after the Expiration Date unless the parties agree in writing to extend this Agreement under terms and conditions mutually satisfactory to the parties. Except as expressly stated herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
