ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE DISCTRICT CODE
APPENDIX C

WHEREAS, the District Coed provides rules and regulations intended to convey a comprehensive description of
the manner in which the District operates, handles its finances and performs its accounting; and
WHEREAS,the District has identified to make amendments to Appendix C, Miscellaneous Fees; and
WHEREAS,this matter was noticed as a Public Hearing in advance and said Public Hearing was held on May 5,
2021; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the District as follows:
1)All previously adopted resolutions related to District Code Appendix C are hereby rescinded; and
2)That the Board does hereby adopt the amended District Code Appendix C, as included on pages 2 and 3
of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors at a meeting duly called and held within the District on the 5th
day of May 2021,by the following roll call vote:
