5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not
on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the

Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.)

9 .Consideration of Establishing Fees for Third Party Attachments to Poles Owned by the
District
This item involves consideration of adopting a resolution to establish an annual fee per foot of
pole attachment and establish other pole attachment related fees.
(Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent
calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public; and
subsequently acted upon separately.)
CONSENT CALENDAR
7 Appoint the General Manager as District Negotiator for the IBEW 1245 Union Contract.
This item involves the appointment of a negotiator(s) to represent the District in the Memorandum
of Understanding with IBEW 1245.
8 Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Land Surveying Services.
This item involves awarding a contract for survey work related to water line replacement and for
general property.

10 Discussion Regarding Plug-in Electric Vehicle Public Access Charging Stations
This item involves a discussion about the opportunity to provide additional public access charging
station pilot projects in Truckee.
