prov iding a m eans f or collec t ion the reof ; and
W HE REAS, on August 16, 1982, the Board of Direc tors ado pte d Res olution No. 8240 am ending O rdinanc e
7501 to inc lude P lac er as w ell as Nev ada County; and
W HE REAS, O rdinanc e No. 750 1 pres cribes t hat im plem en tat ion of the ac tual charges s hall be m ade by
reso lut ion of the B oard for eac h fis c al year.
NO W , T HEREFO RE, BE IT RESOLV E D by the Board of Direct ors of the T ruc kee D onner Public Utility District
as follow s :
1. T h e Ele ctric St andb y Charge for th e fisc al year 20 15-2016 s hall be the sum of $20 for an y parc el
c onsis ting of one ac re or m ore, and the s um of $10 for any parcel of les s than one ac re.
2. T h e Dist rict sh all determ ine the lan ds t o be aff ec ted thereby for th e c urrent f isc al year and the charges to
be as s es s ed, lev ied and collec ted on th e lan ds and par cels, an d upon the com pletion thereof a
s ubse quent res olutio n sha ll be approv ed fixing and plac ing the elect ric al st and by c harges on t he District
tax roll for c ollection by Plac er and Nev ad a Counties.
3. Certified c op ies of this res olution are to be forw arded along w ith the direc t c harges to the County Auditor of
the Count y of Plac er and the Count y Auditor of the Coun ty of Nev ada.
