Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) Consideration of Annual Resolutions for Special Tax: Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Communities Facilities Districts This item concerns requesting Nevada County to collect the special tax assessments for the Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Community Facilities Districts on the Nevada County tax rolls. 8 . Consideration of Annual Resolutions for the Donner Lake Assessment District This item relates to the resolutions setting the assessment amount under the terms of the Donner Lake Assessment District Number 00-1 and authorizing Nevada and Placer Counties to collect the assessments on the County tax rolls. 9 . Consideration of the Award of an Annual Welding Services Contract This item concerns an award of a contract to Poulin Steel Fab., Inc. 11570 Donner Pass Road -Truckee, CA 96161 -Phone: (530) 587-3896 - www.tdpud.org 10 . Consideration of the Purchase of a Replacement Backhoe-Loader This item involves the purchase of a John Deer 410L from Pape Machinery, Inc. 11 . Consideration of the Award of a Construction Contract for Donner Lake Substation Rebuild - 2015 This item involves the award of a bid and contract with PAR Electrical Contractors Inc., for Donner Lake Substation Construction Services ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 12 . Approve the Notice of Proposed Water Rates for 2016 through 2020 and Set a Public Hearing Date Regarding Establishment of New Water Rates This item involves approving the notice of the proposed new water rates for the next five years following the Proposition 218 process and setting a public hearing date. 13. Consideration of the Audited Financial Report for 2014 This item involves Board consideration of accepting the audited financial reports for 2014 as presented by Moss Adams. ROUTINE BUSINESS 14 . Treasurers Report: May 31, 2015 a) Approval of the Tresaurer's report of fund balances as of April 30, 2015 b) Approval of disbursements for May 2015 15. Approval of Minutes for May 20, 2015 CLOSED SESSION 16 . Conference with labor negotiators: Section 54957.6 of the Government Code. District representative: Michael D. Holley.
