with the Town of Truckee
8. Consideration of Awarding a Contract for Prosser Village Well Maintenance 2016 Project
Awarding a contract for the maintenance and repair of the Prosser Village Well shaft and pump
assembly
9 . Consideration Resolution 2016-01 Accepting Final Completion for the Electric Vehicle
Charging Station Installation
This item concerns filing a Notice of Completion for Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging
Stations

10 . Consideration of Awarding an Amendment to the Janitorial Contract for the District
Headquarters Building
This item involves awarding an amendment janitorial contract for the District headquarters
building .
11 . Consideration of Resolution 2016-02 , Accepting Final Completion for the Donner Lake
Substation Rebuild Project
This item involves the closeout of the Donner Lake Substation Rebuild Project and recording of
the Notice of Completion .
12 . Consideration of Entering into a Services Contract with ACTS for Fiber Splicing and Repair
This item involves a contract to perform fiber splicing and repairs.
13 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Purchase of Networking Equipment
This item concerns the replacement of Cisco Core Switches and ancillary equipment
14 . Consideration of a Contract with Sierra Office Solutions
This item concerns replacement of Xerox equipment, lease , and service contracts
