This item concerns adopting Resolution 2016-06 amending and restating the 401A Plan
12 . Consideration to Authorize Staff to Accept a Lenders Commitment Letter for The 2006 COPS

This item concerns refunding the 2006 Cercates of Participation
13 . Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of the Annual Electric and
Water Standby Charges
This item relates to holding a public hearing to consider renewing the existing electric and water
standby charges on vacant parcels in the District.
14 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Land Surveying Services
This item involves awarding a contract for survey work related to water line replacement and for
general property
15 . Receive and Consider Annual Reports
a) Safety activities for the past year;
b) 2014 Easements Recorded in favor of the TDPUD;
c) Use of the Board room by outside organizations in 2014; and
d) Encroachment Permits

16. Consideration to Award the 2016 District Pipeline Replacement Project
This items concerns a contract for the 2016 pipeline replacement project
17. New California Emergency Drought Regulations
This item concerns new California State Water Resources Control Board emergency drought
regulations and the need to take action to comply

18. Review of Water Quality Regulations Associated with Lead, Copper and Radon
Workshop item to provide the Board with updated information regarding state and federal
regulations for radon, lead and copper contaminants in source water wells
