Pledge of Allegiance 4. Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) PUBLIC HEARING 7. At 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held for receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public regarding: Hold a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of the Annual Electric and Water Standby Charges and Adopt Resolutions Related to the Item CONSENT CALENDAR (Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public; and subsequently acted upon separately.) 8 . Consideration of State Mandated Resolutions to Consolidate the General Election on November 8, 2016 This item involves adoption of resolutions to request election services from Nevada and Placer Counties. 10 . Consideration %J Extending a Contract for Evaluation, Measurement &Verification of the 201 E Conservation Programs This item concerns an extension of a contract for the EM&V program 11 . Consideration to Purchase a Compact Excavator This item involves purchasing equipment for District use 12 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Aerial Mapping Services This item involves awarding a contract to acquire new 3" pixel aerial photography and LiDAR elevation data 13 . Purchase of an Integration Software for Outage Management System This item concerns purchasing an integration software for outage management system 14 . Consideration of a Letter of Intent for CEC DC Fast Charging Grant This item involves the District's grant application to California Energy Commission funds for electric vehicle, DC fast charging stations ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 15. Consideration of the 2006 COPS Financing Approval Documentation This item concerns the finalization and execution of documents related to the refunding of the remaining balance of 2006 COPs 16. Consider Scheduling a Public Hearing for Comments on the Urban Water Management Plan This item involves review of and setting a public hearing to accept comments on the 2015 Urban Water Management Plan 17 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Property, Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance This item concerns the annual renewal of the District's property, liability and workers' compensation insurance WORKSHOPS 18 . Review the 2015 TDPUD Consumer Confidence Reports (Water Quality Reports) This item involves review of the required annual report to water customers summarizing the District's water quality 19 .
