together for this meeting.
Hope this serves the purpose.

And I guess I took it to mean an oral report. I do have the budget written, and in
circulation to the Committee. I could run with that at any time, and I do have a written
proposal for the public notice part of the report. Other than that I have an item to
request continuation of the current program until the Committee comes up with
recommendations to avoid a lapse (could be at a subsequent meeting). So there is a
fair amount of ready to go written material. What is your deadline for getting these
from me to the Board?
I need to talk to Tim this morning anyway, should I ask him what his preference is for
this while I have him on the phone?

Doug- here is the wording on the agenda. I "assumed" that Scott Terrell would let you know what to
provide and that he would provide something. I do think it is a good idea for the board to have
something to review before the meeting. Thanks so much—How should I handle this in the future for

I could do up an outline if that would help -- I don't envision a staff report at this point.
If they need something written up more fomally than that I'll have to get on it
immediately, as it doesn't currently exist. Let me know if it's needed or if an outline will
do.
Thanks, Doug
