Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.)

This item concerns authorizing the General Manager to select the most favorable lender and
prepare financing documents for Board approval for the refunding of the 2011 Pension Obligation
Bonds (Side Fund)

This item involves purchasing replacement equipment for District use
