Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Schedule a Public Hearing on The District's Water Utility Annual Public Health Goals Report This item concerns scheduling a Public Hearing for the review of the District's water utility annual Public Health Goals Report 9 . Consideration of Refunding the District's Pension Obligation Bonds This item concerns authorizing the General Manager to select the most favorable lender and prepare financing documents for Board approval for the refunding of the 2011 Pension Obligation Bonds (Side Fund) 11 .Consideration to Purchase a Wheel Loader This item involves purchasing replacement equipment for District use 17 . Consideration of approval for the purchase of materials for the Ponderosa Palisades Hydro - Pump Station 1/0 Pipeline Replacement Project Approval for purchase of construction materials for the Ponderosa Palisades Hydro -Pump Station 1/0 Pipeline Replacement Project ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 12 .
