This item concerns entering into a contract with Tree Removal Services

10 . Consideration of Adopting Energy Efficiency Targets to Meet the SB 1037/1=kB 2021
Requirement
This item involves action to establishment the quadrennial energy efficiency targets for the
District.
11 . Consideration to Appoint Additional Labor Negotiators
This item concerns appointing two Board of Directors an Ad Hoc committee to negotiate with the
un-represented employees of the District

This item involves information of the CFPP on the Small Modular Reactor technology, financial

This item involves updating the Board of Directors on the continuing storm event operations
