Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) PUBLIC HEARING 7. At 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held for receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public regarding. Hold a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of the Annual Electric and Water Standby Charges and Adopt Resolutions Related to the Item CONSENT CALENDAR (Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public; and subsequently acted upon separately.) 8 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Property, Liability, and Cyber Insurance This item concerns the annual renewal of the District's property, liability and cyber insurance 9 . Consideration of a Change Order for the Design of the District's Administration Building Remodel This item concerns approval of a change in scope regarding the design contract of the District's remodel project 11 . Consideration for the Approval of the Purchase of the Southside Well Automated BUIk Water Fill Station This item involves construction of an automated bulk water fill station 12 . Consideration to Award a Contract for the Construction of the Ponderosa Palisades Hydro Pump Station Concrete Block Building This item concerns construction of a building for the Ponderosa Palisades Pump Station 13 . Consideration to Award a Contract for Geotechnical Testing Services This item concerns a contract for testing services in connection with the 2017 Pipeline Project 14 . Consideration to Approve the California State Water Board's Invoice This item concerns a budget amendment to include unknown costs of the required fees to the State Water Resources Control Board 15 . Consideration of Approval of Cost for the Mutual Aid Received During Storm Events of January 2017 Consideration of invoices for mutual aid received from Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric and City of Roseville ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 16 .
