This items involves awarding a contract for survey work related to water line replacement and for
general property

10 . Consideration of a Change Order for the Design of the District's Administration Building
Remodel
This item concerns approval of a change in scope regarding the design contract of the District's
remodel project
11 . Consideration for the Approval of the Purchase of the Southside Well Automated BUIk Water
Fill Station
This item involves construction of an automated bulk water fill station
12 . Consideration to Award a Contract for the Construction of the Ponderosa Palisades Hydro
Pump Station Concrete Block Building
This item concerns construction of a building for the Ponderosa Palisades Pump Station
13 . Consideration to Award a Contract for Geotechnical Testing Services
This item concerns a contract for testing services in connection with the 2017 Pipeline Project

This item concerns a budget amendment to include unknown costs of the required fees to the
