Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) Consideration of a Contract for Workers' Compensation Insurance This item concerns approving a contract with SDRMA for Workers' Compensation Insurance 8 . Consideration to Replace Six Fleet Vehicles This item concerns declaring vehicles surplus and purchasing new fleet vehicles 9 . Consideration of Annual Resolutions for Special Tax: Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Communities Facilities Districts This item concerns requesting Nevada County to collect the special tax assessments for the Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Community Facilities Districts on the Nevada County tax rolls 11570 Donner Pass Road -Truckee, CA 96161 -Phone: (530) 587-3896 - www.tdpud.org 10 . Consideration of Annual Resolutions for the Donner Lake Assessment District This item relates to the resolutions setting the assessment amount under the terms of the Donner Lake Assessment District Number 00.1 and authorizing Nevada and Placer Counties to collect the assessments on the County tax rolls 11 . Consideration of a Contract for Evaluation, Measurement, and Vercation (EM&V) This item concerns the continuation of the District's EM&V program 12 . Consideration of a Contract with Ecology Action for Phase II of the District's Conservation Program This item concerns continuing support services for the District's conservation programs ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 13. Consideration of the Audited Financial Report for FY16 This item involves Board consideration of accepting the audited financial reports for 2016 as presented by Moss Adams 14. Consideration of a Contract with CPS HR Consulting for the Salary Survey of Unrepresented Positions This item concerns a contract for a salary survey of management and technical positions per the Board's direction 15 . Consideration of Voting for a Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) Special District Member This item involves casting a ballot for the election of a Special District Member of the Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission 16. Consideration of Participation in a Community Bike Share Program This item involves District participation in a community bike share service via partnership with other local agencies ROUTINE BUSINESS 17 .
