Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Consideration for the Approval of the Procurement with Cla-Val Hydraulic Control Valve Replacement and Repair Inventory This item involves purchases for the District's Cla-Val Hydraulic Control Valve Improvement Project 8 . Consideration of Awarding a Contract to Purchase LED's for the District's Conservation Program This item concerns purchasing LED lights for the District's conservation program 9. Review of the District's Progress in Pursuing Reimbursement of Funds from the January and February 2017 Storms This item concerns the District's current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) application and related items ROUTINE BUSINESS 14.
