Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Consideration of the District's Vote and Provide Direction to Staff on Voting for the Donner Pass Road Assessment and Maintenance District This item involves consideration of a ballot for a maintenance district for the Donner Pass Road Corridor in front of the District's Administrative Offices 8. Consideration of Foreclosures in the Communities Facilities Districts and Consideration of Certain Actions Therewith; and Delinquency Updates for Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing This item concerns adopting Resolution 2017-12; authorizing staff and special counsel to proceed with the delinquent and foreclosure process; and a legal services contract with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson, & Rauth 11570 Donner Pass Road -Truckee, CA 96161 -Phone: (530) 587-3896 - www.tdpud.org 9. Consideration to Purchase Replacement Information Technology Infrastructure This item involves a contract with Nutanix for an amount not to exceed $496,091, for the replacement of the Districts server, disaster recovery, and virtual desktop server hardware infrastructure BUDGET ITEMS 10 FY18 and FY19 Budget: Purchase Power Plan This item involves the purchase power preparation of the FY18 & FY19 budget 11 . FY18 and FY19 Budget Presentations: a) Operating/Capital Budget: Electric Operations b) Operating/Capital Budget: Water Operations This item involves a preliminary overview of the electric and water FY18 and FY19 Operating and Capital Budgets. This is in the series of items for the FYI and FY19 Budget process 12. Save Energy, Water, Money, and Live More Comfortably This item is the second in a series of Board workshops concerning how we communicate with anc serve our customers and community. This series will also be an educational piece on important District programs ROUTINE BUSINESS 13. Treasurers Report: September 30, 2017 a) Approval of the Treasurer's report of fund balances as of August 31, 2017 b) Approval of disbursements for September 2017 14.
