Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Adopt Resolution 2017-14; Accepting the District's Pipeline Replacement 2017 Project his item concerns the close-out of the 2017 Pipeline Replacement Project, accepting the work, and filing a notice of completion 10 . Consideration of Approving the FY18 Water Rates s item concerns setting the Water Rates for FY18 per Ordinance 2015-01, for up to 3% as approved 11 Budget: FY18 and FY'19 Budget Summary -this item concerns a series of workshops regarding the proposed FY18 and FY19. �I-his will be the Budget Summary 12 . Review the Results for the Phase 1 Electric Meter Replacement Project This workshop item provides the Board with an update on the results and evaluation of the Phase 1 electric meter replacement project with a small group of electric customers using the Tantalus Systems product 13. The Facts of Mountain Living This Board item, The Facts of Mountain Living, is the third in a new series of board workshops concerning how we communicate with and serve our customers and community. This series will also be an educational piece on important District programs 14 .
