Consideration of Contract with InterWest Insurance Services, LLC., for Insurance Brokerage Services This item concerns a a contract for insurances services in an amount not to exceed $44,000 annually for up to three years 8 . Consideration to Reject All Bids for the Service Truck 2018 Purchase This item concerns rejecting unresponsive bids and surplusing vehicles 9 . Board Consideration of Appointing an NCPA Commissioner and two Alternate Commissioners Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Appointment of NCPA Commissioner and Alternate Commissioners 11 . Consideration to award the contract to REM Construction Incorporated for the District Administration Building Improvement Project. This item concerns awarding a contract in the amount of $998,826 to REM Construction Incorporated for remodeling purposes 12. End -of -Cycle and End -of -Year Budget Review a) FY17 End -of -Year Financial Results b) Consideration to establish a Deferred Liabilities Reserve c) Consideration of End -of -Year Transfers This item involves the comparison of the year-end financial results to the FY17 Budget; and consideration of year end transfers WORKSHOPS 13. Discussion of 2017 Purchase Power Load, Resources, Peaks, and Comparison to 2017 Budget Forecast This item involves the annual review of 2017 actual versus budget purchase power information 14. Discussion of Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) Using Small Modular Nuclear Reactor This item involves information on the CFPP including; Review of the Power Sales Contract structure and nuclear fuel cycle 15 . Electric Meter Replacement Project -Consideration of Policy Changes and Connection Fee Adjustments This item involves a discussion of possible policy changes related to the electric meter replacement project and a discussion concerning possible adjustments to electric connection fees ROUTINE BUSINESS 3.
