7 . Consideration of Contract with InterWest Insurance Services, LLC., for Insurance Brokerage
Services
This item concerns a a contract for insurances services in an amount not to exceed $44,000
annually for up to three years
8 . Consideration to Reject All Bids for the Service Truck 2018 Purchase
This item concerns rejecting unresponsive bids and surplusing vehicles
9 . Consideration to Approve a Contract with ESRI for the Districts GIS Software Maintenance
This item concerns executing a contract with ESRI for GIS services, in an amount not to exceed
$81,750, for the term of three years

Administration Building Improvement Project.
This item concerns awarding a contract in the amount of $998,826 to REM Construction
Incorporated for remodeling purposes

b) Consideration to establish a Deferred Liabilities Reserve

This item involves the comparison of the year-end financial results to the FY17 Budget; and

This item involves the annual review of 2017 actual versus budget purchase power information

This item involves information on the CFPP including; Review of the Power Sales Contract
structure and nuclear fuel cycle
15 . Electric Meter Replacement Project -Consideration of Policy Changes and Connection Fee
Adjustments
This item involves a discussion of possible policy changes related to the electric meter
replacement project and a discussion concerning possible adjustments to electric connection fees
