Consideration to Approve a Contract with Longo Incorporated for the 2018 Pipeline Project This item concerns a contract for pipeline replacement in an amount not to exceed $1,316,500 8 . Consideration to Approve a Contract with BWD General Engineering Contractors for the Meter Box Retrofit Project This item concerns construction related activities in an amount not to exceed $359,100 9 . Consideration to Approve a Contract with Construction Materials Engineers for Construction Inspection Services This item concerns services for inspection related activities in an amount not to exceed $80,000 10 . Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of the Annual Electric and Water Standby Charges This item relates to holding a public hearing to consider renewing the existing electric and water standby charges on vacant parcels in the District 12 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Land Surveying Services This item involves awarding a contract for survey work related to water line replacement and for general property 13 . Consideration of Professional Services for Management Training This item concerns professional services for Pamela Hurt Associates, in an amount not to exceed $62,000 14 . Receive and Consider Annual Reports a) Safety activities for the past year; b) 2017 Easements Recorded in favor of the TDPUD; c) Use of the Board room by outside organizations in 2017; and d) Encroachment Permits 15 . Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing Related To Adoption of the Electric Connection Fee Schedule This item involves scheduling a public hearing to receive comments related to adopting a new Electric Connection Fee Schedule 16 . Consideration of Awarding a Contract to Purchase LED's for the District's Conservation Program This item concerns purchasing LED lights for the District's conservation program in an amount no to exceed P105,640 17 . Consideration of 2018 Employee Safety Incentive This item concerns the yearly employee safety incentive program ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff I eport, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 18. Consideration of a Power Sales Contract for the UAMPS Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP, Power Sales Contract for the UAMPS Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) entering into the first licensing phase of the project 19. Consideration of Adopting Resolution 2018-02 Amending District Code, Title 5, Customer Relations This item concerns implementing policies to District Code for customer relations 20 . Present the Reorganization of the Electric Department This item concerns a re -organization of the District's Electric Utility structure 21 .
