HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-01-05 RES 8103 Armstrong EasementRESOLUTION NO. 81.::' of the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISIRICT ACCEPTANCE OF ARMSTRONG EASEMENT SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 WHEREAS, water system facilities have been constructed within the area known as Sewer Assessment District No. 5; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to acquire various easements from private land owners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: To accept a perpetual easement on, over, under and across all those portions of the North half of the North half of Section 17, T. 17 N., R. 16 E., M.D.M., Nevada County, California, commonly known as As- sessor's Parcel No. 18-500-45 and further described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the purpose of the construction, maintenance and operation of domestic water system facilities and appurtenances as recommended by the District Engineer. The Deputy District Clerk of the District is hereby instructed to record this easement with the County of Nevada on behalf of the District.
