HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-01-05 RES 8106 Salary Increase►4 1 RESOLUTION NO. 8106 of the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WHEREAS, negotiations have recently been completed between the Truckee Donner Public Utility District and Local 1245 of the International Brother- hood of Electrical Workers regarding bargaining unit employees; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to increase the salaries of the present management employees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: That the gross salary of the Executive Secretary/Deputy District Clerk/Administrative Assistant (hereafter referred to as Deputy District Clerk) be increased to $1876.64 per month. That the existing policy regarding payment of overtime to the Deputy District Clerk be rescinded. That the Deputy District Clerk receive payment in the amount of $50 for each Regular Board Meeting attended. Said salary adjustments shall become effective as of January 1, 1981, and shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors at the first regular meeting in January of 1982. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 5th day of Jan- uary, 1981, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Duffy, Kuttel, Maass and Huber.
