CALL TO ORDER The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District was called to order at 12:00 p.m. by President Finn. 2. ROLL CALL Directors: Aguera, Laliotis, Vice President Bender, and President Finn. Absent: Director Harris EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Brian Wright, Joe Horvath, and Shanna Kuhlemier. CONSULTANTS PRESENT — Steve Gross, District Counsel 3. PLEDGE — defer. 4. CHANGES TO THE AGENDA — none. 5. Public Comment — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board Presi- dent if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) President Finn called for public comment, seeing none. CONSENT CALENDAR 6. Consideration of Adopting Resolution 2021-22, Declaring the Storm Event for the Week of Decem- ber 13, 2021 an emergency and approving Emergency procurements as needed. Authorize the General Manager to dispense with competitive bidding and ratify all ancillary pro- curements related to the storm event the week of December 13, 2021. President Finn called for public comment, seeing none. Director Laliotis moved, and Vice President Bender seconded that the board approve staff's recom- mendation adding in the second further resolved clause "and without competitive bidding". The Mo- tion passed (4-0), by a roll call vote. Director Harris was absent.
