Consideration to Reject All Bids for the 2018 AC Street Paving Repair Project This item involves rejecting recent bids 11 .Consideration of State Mandated Resolutions to Consolidate the General Election on November 8, 2018 This item involves adoption of certain resolutions to request election services from Nevada and Placer Counties 12 . Consideration of Awarding a Contract for Performing an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis This item concerns a proposed contract in an amount not to exceed $106,293 13 . Consideration of the Purchase of a Test Server Environment License for the Electric SCADA System The item involves the purchase of aTest Server Environment License for the existing Electric SCADA system, in an amount not to exceed $34,100 14 . Consideration of Conservation Rebates and New Projects This item concerns approval of certain rebates, not to exceed $170,000 15 . Consideration of the Procurement for Office Furniture This item concerns a contract with Reno Business Interiors for an amount not to exceed $46,464 16 . Consideration of Assistant General Manager Position This item involves setting a two year appointment of the Assistant General Manager and setting the salary range SPECIAL BUSINESS 17 . Consideration of Resolution 2018-03 to Commend Susan Camara for Her Many Years of Service This item involves adopting Resolution 2018-03 for Susan Camara's retirement ACTION ITEMS ( Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 18 . Consideration of Voting for a Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) Special District Member This item involves casting a ballot for the election of a Special District Member of the Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission 19. Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Property, Liability and Cyber Insurance This item involves yearly contracts with insurance companies for property, liability and cyber insurance, in an amount not to exceed $272,347 WORKSHOPS 21 . New Regulatory Requirements Associated with Water Quality Monitoring in California This is an informative workshop on new water quality monitoring requirements implemented by the California State Water Resources Control Board and Federal EPA 22. Clean, Reliable, and Affordable Electric Service This item is the next in a series of Board workshops which explore key District issues and how we serve our customers and achieve the District's mission ROUTINE BUSINESS 23. Treasurers Report: April 30, 2018 a) Approval of the Treasurer's report of fund balances as of March 31, 2018 b) Approval of disbursements for April 2018 24.
