8 . Consideration of a contract to purchase the Prosser Village Well Emergency Generator
This item concerns a contract with Valley Power Systems for a generator in an amount not to
exceed $69,200
9. Consideration of a Purchase Agreement for the Cla-Val Hydraulic Control Valve Purchase
2018
This item concerns a purchase agreement with Pace Supply in an amount not to exceed $47,800

10 . Consideration to Approve Workers' Compensation Insurance Renewal
This item concerns a contract with SDRMA for an amount not to exceed $238,413
11 . Consideration of Annual Resolutions for,the Donner Lake Assessment District
This item relates to the resolutions setting the assessment amount under the terms of the Donner
Lake Assessment District Number 00-1 and authorizing Nevada and Placer Counties to collect
the assessments on the County tax rolls
12 . Consideration of Annual Resolutions for.Special Tax: Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing
Communities Facilities Districts
This item concerns requesting Nevada County to collect the special tax assessments for the Old
Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Community Facilities Districts on the Nevada County tax rolls
13 . Consideration of a Contract for the 2018 Paving Project
This item concerns a contract with West Coast Paving for an amount not to exceed $55,700

This item involves Board consideration of accepting the audited financial reports for FY17 as

16. Consideration of the Sale of California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Credits and
Applying Revenue to New EV Charger Rebate Program
This item concerns the sale of LCFS credits generated over the last year and implementing a
rebate program
WORKSHOPS
17. Workshop on the Statewide Community Infrastructure Program ("SCIP") Revised
This item concerns exploring the District's participation in the SCIP funding mechanism
18. Purchase Power Resource Review
This item involves a discussion of existing purchase power resources and exploring public input
on the matter
19. Proposed Green Electricity Rate Program
This item involves a discussion of a proposed rate structure that would allow customers to
purchase 100% renewable electricity from the District
20. Truckee is EV Friendly
This item is the next in a series of Board workshops which explore key District issues and how we
serve our customers and achieve the District's missions
