Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of a Green Energy Rate This item involves scheduling a public hearing to receive comments related to adopting a Green Energy Rate 9 . Consideration to Approve Water Utty Valve Box Adjustments Associated with the Town of Truckee 2018 Paving and Drainage Project This item concerns the Districts participation with the Town of Truckee's 2018 Paving and Drainage Project in an amount not to exceed $55,220 ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 12. Consideration of Ratifying an Emergency Procurement of Donner Creek Well Replacement Motor This item concerns an emergency procurement of a motor at Donner Creek Well, in a total amount of $19,150 13. Consideration of an Electric Utility Cost of Service and Rate Study This item concerns a contract with HDR Engineering for an amount not to exceed $52,600 14 . Consideration of an Additional Change Order Allowance for the District Administration Building Improvement Project This item concerns increasing the change order allowance to include additional work within the building WORKSHOPS 15. Vegetation Management Program This item involves a discussion of the District's vegetation management program. 16. Proposed Reorganization of the Electric Utility This item concerns a proposed reorganization that involves mid -level manager positions in the Electric Utility and the proposed addition of a data analyst position in the IT Department ROUTINE BUSINESS 18.
