RESOLUTIONNO.8912OFTHETRUCKEEDONNERPUBLICUTILITYDISTRICTAUTHORIZINGTHERETENTIONOFFUNDSREPRESENTEDBYUNPROCESSEDCHECKSWI!EREI3S,theTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistricthasissuedcertainchecksthathavenotbeendeposited;andWHEREAS,GovernmentCodeSections50050through50056governthemethodbywhichtheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictcanretainfundsthatareowedtocustomerswhocannotbelocated;NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictthattheGeneralManagershallcausethefollowingproceduretobefollowedinaccordancewiththeGovernmentCode:Foramountslessthan$10,orforanyamountifthedepositor’snameisunknown,theDistrictcanimmediatelytransferintoitsGeneralFundthosefundswhichhavebeenonhandforthreeyearsormore.Anyamountsof$10orgreaterthathavebeenonhandforatleastthreeyearscanbedepositedintheDistrict’sGeneralFundafteranoticehasbeenpublishedintheSierraSunfortwosuccessiveweeks.Thenoticeshallidentifytheamount,thenameofthepersonentitledtothefunds,andstatethatthefundswillbecomethepropertyoftheDistrictiftheyarenotclaimedbyadatethatisnotlessthan45normorethan60daysafterthefirstpublication.Ifnotclaiiraedbythedeadlineprintedinthenotice,thosefundsalsobecomethepropertyoftheDistrictuponformalactionbytheBoardtotransfersuchfunds.PASSEDANDADOPTEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDormerPublicUtilityDistrictatameetingdulycalledandheldwithintheDistrictbythefollowingrollcallvote:AYES:Aguera,Corbett,Sutton,WhiteandMaass.NOES:None.ABSENT:None.TRUCKEEDONEERPUBLICUTILITYDISTRICTs*-.-.-—ATTEST/ZA.Maass,PresidentBsanN.Craig,DeputyD’trictClerksmct’?:zrAttachment 1
