DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. Consideration for Approval of a Contract to Complete the Replacement of Old Greenwood Well Pump Shaft and Columns Assembly This item concerns approval of a construction contract with Commercial Pump and Mechanical, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $116,000 8. Schedule a Public Hearing Regarding the Electric Utility Rate Design This item concerns the public process of rate setting for the electric utility for the years FY20 & FY21 9. Consideration to Adopt Resolution 2019-03 to Close-Out the Administration Building Remodel Project This item concerns close out of the lobby remodel and a change order in the amount of $14,608.46 Directors Joseph R. Consideration of a Change Order for the Envision Donner Pass Road Project This item concerns additional expenses related to the underground electrical utility work in an amount not to exceed $167,447.00 11. Consideration of Resolution 2019-04 Withdrawing the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act( SGMA) Alternative Submittal This item concerns SGMA regulations from the California Department of Water Resources 12. Consideration of Amending the 2019 Board Meeting Schedule This item involved the Board approved 2019 meeting schedule and ROUTINE BUSINESS 13. Treasurers Report: January 2019 a) Approval of the Treasurer's report of fund balances as of December 31, 2018 b) Approval of disbursements for January 2019 14. Minutes of January 16, 2019 and January 28, 2019 CLOSED SESSION 15.
