PUBLIC HEARING(S)
7. Conduct a Public Hearing for the Review of the Water Utility Public Health Goals
Report. At 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held for
receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public.
This Item involves holding a public hearing and adopting the Water Utility Public
Health Goals Report.
8. Conduct a Public Hearing Related to CSCDA Membership and SCIP Program
Participant. At 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held
for receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public.
This item involves holding a public hear and consideration of resolutions to
participate in public SCIP Financing.

9. Consideration of a Real Estate Contract with Sierra Sotheby’s
This item concerns a real property contract in the amount of 6%, of the sale of
the property, plus additional real property requirements.
10. Consideration of a Contract for Solar Awning Engineering and Design Services.
This matter concerns a professional services contract with Simple Power Solar
in an amount not to exceed $16,270.
11. Consideration of Reorganization and Salary Range Adjustment of Administrative
Services.

This item concerns proposed organizational changes that involve management
positions and salary ranges within Administrative Services.
12. Consideration of Annual Resolutions for the Donner Lake Assessment District.
This item relates to the resolutions setting the assessment amount under the
terms of the Donner Lake Assessment District Number 00-1 and authorizing
Nevada and Placer Counties to collect the assessments on the County tax rolls.
13. Consideration of Annual Resolutions for Special Tax: Old Greenwood and Gray’s
Crossing Communities Facilities Districts.
The item concerns requesting Nevada County to collect the special tax
assessments for the Old Greenwood and Gray’s Crossing Community Facilities
Districts on the Nevada County tax rolls.

14. Consideration of a Contract for the SCADA Reliability Improvement Project Phase 5.
This item concerns a communications cable construction contract with Curtis &
Sons Construction for an amount not to exceed $1,281,732.
15. Consideration of a Contract for Pole Replacements for the SCADA Project 2019.
This item concerns a pole replacement contract with TW Power Line
Construction for an amount not to exceed $680,277.
16. Consideration to Adopt Resolution 2019-10, Memorializing the District’s Values.
This item concerns adoption of the District-wide values.
17. Consideration of a Contract for Property, Liability, and Worker’s Compensation
Coverage.
This item involves yearly contracts for District insurance policies.
18. Consideration of a Contract to Prepare a Facilities Master Plan.
This item involves a contract with JK Architecture & Engineering for an amount
not to exceed $220,000.

19. Proposed Electric AMI Meter Opt-Out Program.
This item involves a discussion of a proposed opt-out program that would allow
residential customers to request and pay for the service to have a non-radio
equipped electric meter in lieu of an AMI meter.
20. Draft Wildfire Mitigation Plan.
This item involves the District’s proposed Wildfire Mitigation Plan.
21. Discussion of the Process to Select an Annual Audit Firm.
This item involves a discussion about selection of an auditing firm to perform
the FY19 annual audit.
