Consideration to Adopt Resolution 2019-25 to Close-Out the Paving 2019 Project This item concerns accepting the project as complete and filing a notice of completion. ACTION ITEM(S) 8. Consideration of Electrification and Time-of-Use Rate Study. This item concerns a contract with HDR Engineering for an amount not to exceed $65,000. 9. Consideration of Resolution 2019-24 Authorizing Execution and Delivery of Joint Community Facilities Agreement in Connection with the Bond Opportunities for Land Development Program for the Truckee Railyard Project. This item concerns participation in the BOLD program for public financing infrastructure for the Truckee Railyard Project. 10.Discussion of Resolution 2019-23, Authorizing the Formation of the Truckee Tahoe Workforce Housing Agency and Funding. This item involves forming, participating, and funding (in an amount not to exceed $32,000) the housing JPA. Directors Joseph R. FERC Docket No. ER19-2649-000. 15.Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, Public Employee Performance Evaluation - General Manager's Performance Plan Review ROUTINE BUSINES 16.Treasurer’s Report: October 2019. a) Approval of the Treasurer’s report of fund balances for the Month Ended August 2019. b) Approval of disbursements for September 2019. 17.Approval of the minutes of September 4, 2019, and September 18, 2019.
