Consideration of Approving a Contract for Conservation Rebate Processing and Reporting Services This item concerns a contract with Efficiency Services Group LLC for a total not to exceed amount of $113,388 8. Consideration to Upgrade District's Phone System Software This item concerns a contract with World Wide Technology for a total not to exceed amount of $37,513 9. Consideration of an Addendum to the Electrification and Time-of-Use Rate Study This item concerns an amendment to HDR Engineer's contract for a new total not to exceed amount of $103,184 10. Appoint an Interim Treasurer, and Interim Assistant Treasurer for the District This item concerns appointing an Interim Treasurer, and Interim Assistant Treasurer for the District 11. Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing Related to Adoption of the Annual Electric and Water Standby Charges This item relates to scheduling a Public Hearing to consider renewing the existing Electric and Water Standby Charges on vacant parcels in the District Directors Joseph R. Consideration of Annual Resolutions for Special Ta x: Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Communities Facilities Districts This item concerns requesting Nevada County to collect the special tax assessments for the Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing Community Facilities Districts on the Nevada County tax rolls 13. Consideration of Annual Resolutions for the Donner Lake Assessment District This item relates to the resolutions setting the assessment amount under the terms of the Donner Lake Assessment District Number 00 -1 and authorizing Nevada and Placer Counties to collect the assessments on the County tax rolls ACTION ITEM(S) 14. Consideration to Award a Contract to Jennifer Stoll Architect for the Facility Modernization Project This item concerns awarding a contract to Jennifer Stoll Architect in an amount not to exceed $29,000 15. Consideration of Approval of the Electric System Master Plan - 2019 and the Associated CEQA Negative Declaration This item concerns the formal adoption of the Electric System Master Plan - 2019, and the associated CEQA Negative Declaration 16.
