June 19, 2019
1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in the TDPUD Boardroom by President Ellis.
2. ROLL CALL Directors: Tony Laliotis, Joe Aguera, Christa Finn, Jeff Bender, and President
Bob Ellis.
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Joe Horvath, Brian Wright, Regina Wise, Michael Holley, and
Shanna Kuhlemier.
CONSULTANTS PRESENT — Steve Gross, District Counsel and Pamela Hobday, Pamela
Hurt & Associates.
OTHERS PRESENT — none.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Director Aguera led the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. CHANGES TO THE AGENDA — none.
5. PUBLIC INPUT — none.
6. DIRECTOR UPDATE
Director Finn announced participation with Director Bender and staff regarding renewable en-
ergy goals. The meeting was productive and the plan will come before the Board by the end
of summer.
President Ellis questioned if the plan met the mission, including, rates and reliability?
Director Bender stated there were no new renewables in the discussed plan.
ACTION
7. Consideration to Adopt Resolution 2019-19 to Close -Out the Old Greenwood Well Rehabil-
itation Project.
Brian Wright provided a presentation which is available upon request.
President Ellis called for public comment, there were none.
Director Laliotis moved, and Director Aguera seconded, that the Board approve staff's recom-
mendation. The motion passed unanimously (5-0) by a roll call vote.

8. General Manager Transition/Succession —Skill Set Workshop —Pam Hobday, Pam Hurt
& Associates.
Director Finn and Director Laliotis reported on the AdHoc Committees activities and pre-
sented information on the skill sets for the next General Manager, furthermore, solicited
input.
CLOSED SESSION (s)
9. Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, Public Employee Perfor-
mance Evaluation - General Manager's Performance Plan Review — no reportable action.
10. Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4), Deciding
Whether to Initiate Litigation — one case — no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT - 8:55 p.m.
Director Aguera moved, Director Laliotis seconded, that the Board adjourn the meeting at 8:55
p.m. The motion passed unanimously (5-0).
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m. to
the next scheduled meeting of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District on July 17, 2019, at
6:00 p.m.
