SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
October 20, 2021
1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by President Finn.
2. ROLL CALL Director(s) Bender, Aguera, Harris, Vice President Laliotis and President Finn.
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Brian Wright, Mike Salmon, Steven Poncelet, Neil Kaufman, Earl
Smith, Jillian Steward and Regina Cooley.
CONSULTANTS PRESENT – Steve Gross, District Counsel.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. CHANGES TO THE AGENDA – Staff removed worship item #9 due to personal emergen-
cies. The item will be moved to a future date.

President Finn called for public comment, seeing none.

7. GENERAL MANAGER UPDATE
General Manager Wright provided an update.
CONSENT CALENDAR

ACTION ITEM
8. Consideration of Rejection of all Construction Bids for the Martiswoods Hydropneumatic
Pump Station Replacement Project.
Reject all bids received for construction of the Martiswoods Hydropneumatic Pump Sta-
tion project and direct staff to evaluate potential options for the Martiswoods pump and
storage tank facility.
President Finn called for public comment, seeing none.
Vice President Laliotis moved and Director Aguera seconded that the Board approved Staff’s
recommendations. The Motion Passed (5-0), by a roll call vote.
WORKSHOP(S)
10. Budget 2022 and 2023 – Workshop # 3.
Receive information and provide Strategic direction to staff regarding FY 2022-2023
Budget preparation.
President Finn called for public comment, seeing none.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned to the next
scheduled regularly scheduled meeting of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District on Novem-
ber 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
