Home My WebLink AboutRES 2020-13 - BoardTRUCKEEEONNERPublicUtilityDistrictResolutionNo.2020-13ContinuingandFixingElectricStandbyChargesfortheFiscalYear2020-2021WHEREAS,onFebruary18,1975,theBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictdulyadoptedOrdinanceNo.7501fixingElectricStandbyChargesonlandswithintheDistrictboundariesandprovidingameansforcollectionthereof;andWHEREAS,onAugust16,1982,theBoardofDirectorsadoptedResolutionNo.8240amendingOrdinance7501toincludePlaceraswellasNevadaCounty;andWHEREAS,OrdinanceNo.7501prescribesthatimplementationoftheactualchargesshallbemadebyresolutionoftheBoardforeachfiscalyear.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictasfollows:1.TheElectricStandbyChargeforthefiscaltaxyear2020-2021shallbethesumof$20foranyparcelconsistingofoneacreormore,andthesumof$10foranyparceloflessthanoneacre.2.TheDistrictshalldeterminethelandstobeaffectedtherebyforthecurrentfiscalyearandthechargestobeassessed,leviedandcollectedonthelandsandparcels,anduponthecompletionthereofasubsequentResolutionshallbeapprovedfixingandplacingtheelectricalstandbychargesontheDistricttaxrollforcollectionbyPlacerandNevadaCounties.3.CertifiedcopiesofthisResolutionaretobeforwardedalongwiththedirectchargestotheCountyAuditoroftheCountyofPlacerandtheCountyAuditoroftheCountyofNevada.PASSEDANDADOPTEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictatameetingheldwithintheDistrictonMay20,2020bythefollowingrollcallvote:AYES:Directors:Laliotis,Ellis,VicePresidentFinn,andPresidentBenderNOES:ABSENT:DirectorAgueraABSENT:TRUCKEEDONNERPUBLICUTILITYDISTRICTBy__JeffBend(,TEientShannaD.KuhlemierCMCDistrictClerk
