Home My WebLink AboutRES 2018-04 - Board;TRUCKEEDONNER—PublicUtilityDistrcJResolutionNo.2018-04ContinuingandFixingElectricStandbyChargesfortheFiscalYear2018-2019WHEREAS,onFebruary18,1975,theBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictdulyadoptedOrdinanceNo.7501fixingElectricStandbyChargesonlandswithintheDistrictboundariesandprovidingameansforcollectionthereof;andWHEREAS,onAugust16,1982,theBoardofDirectorsadoptedResolutionNo.8240amendingOrdinance7501toincludePlaceraswellasNevadaCounty;andWHEREAS,OrdinanceNo.7501prescribesthatimplementationoftheactualchargesshallbemadebyresolutionoftheBoardforeachfiscalyear.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictasfollows:I.TheElectricStandbyChargeforthefiscaltaxyear2018-2019shallbethesumof$20foranyparcelconsistingofoneacreormore,andthesumof$10foranyparceloflessthanoneacre.2.TheDistrictshalldeterminethelandstobeaffectedtherebyforthecurrentfiscalyearandthechargestobeassessed,leviedandcollectedonthelandsandparcels,anduponthecompletionthereofasubsequentresolutionshallbeapprovedfixingandplacingtheelectricalstandbychargesontheDistricttaxrollforcollectionbyPlacerandNevadaCounties.3.CertifiedcopiesofthisresolutionaretobeforwardedalongwiththedirectchargestotheCountyAuditoroftheCountyofPlacerandtheCountyAuditoroftheCountyofNevada.PASSEDANDADOPTEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictatameetingheldwithintheDistrictonMay16,2018bythefollowingrollcallvote:AYES:Directors;Aguera,Bender,Ellis,VicePresidentWarmerdam,andPresidentLaliotis.NOES:None.ABSENT:None.TRUCKEEDONNERPUBLICUTILITYDISTRICTByi;:;7TonyLaliotis,Presidentc,__/1annaD.Kuhlemier,’CMC,DistrictClerk
