ITRUCK.EEDONNERI—_PublicUtilityDistrEctResolutionNo.2016-18FixingandPlacingDonnerLakeAssessmentDistrictAnnualChargesonDistrictTaxRollforCollectionbytheCountyofNevadaWHEREAS,theTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictonMay2,2001adoptedResolutionNo.2001-09makingdeterminations,confirmingassessmentsandproceedings,orderingtheacquisitionandconstructionofimprovementsandtakingcertainotheractionsrelatingtoDonnerLakeWaterAssessmentDistrictNo.00-1;andWHEREAS,byResolutionNo.9723adoptedNovember5,1997,theBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictapprovedexecutionofacontinuousStandardFormTaxCollectionServicesContractwiththeCountyofNevada;andWHEREAS,theDistricthasnowdeterminedthelandsaffectedtherebyandthechargestobeassessed,leviedandcollectedonthelandsandparcels;andWHEREAS,theassessmentsoneachparcelshallbebilledonthesecuredtaxrollbillsforthefiscalyear2016-2017.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictasfollows:I.ThattheBoardofSupervisorsoftheCountyofNevada,StateofCalifornia,levytheDonnerLakeAssessmentDistrictchargesagainsttheparcelsandownersofrecordlistedonthecomputeritemizationofparcelskeptandmaintainedintheAdministrativeServicesDepartmentoftheDistrictandmadeaparthereofbyreference,andthattheCountyAuditorandTaxCollectorbeinstructedtolevyandcollectsaidchargesinthesamemannerasCountytaxesasbylawandinsaidordinanceprovided.UponcompletionandcorrectionofthecurrentlistthroughJune30,2016,acopywillbeforwardedtotheAuditorControlleroftheCounty.2.TheDistrictwarrantsandrepresentsthatchargesimposedbytheDistrictandbeingrequestedtobecollectedbyNevadaCountycomplywithallrequirementsofstatelaw,includingbutnotlimitedtoArticlesXIIICandXIIIDoftheCaliforniaConstitution(Proposition218).1 C3ThatacefiedcopyofthisresolutionbefoardedtotheCountyAuditoroftheCountyofNevada.PASSEDANDADOPTEDbytheBoardofDirectorsoftheTruckeeDonnerPublicUtilityDistrictatameetingheldwithinsaidDistrictonJune1,2016bythefollowingrollcallvote:AYES:Directors:Ellis,Bender,Warmerdam,Laliotis,andPresidentAguera.NOES:None.ABSENT:None.TRUCKEEDONNERPUBLICUTILITYDISTRICTJj6hAjuera,PrØentATTEST:/17,A1------MichaelD.HoIIey,DistrictClerk2
