Holley 1. Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) CONSENT CALENDAR (Items maybe acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public; and subsequently acted upon separately.) 7 . Consideration of Modifying a Contract for the Replacement of the Failed Truckee Substation Transformer This item involves increasing the change order allowance of an existing contract necessary to proceed with having the failed 5MVA transformer at Truckee Substation replaced with a new unit. 8 . Consideration to Award a Maintenance Services Contract for the 2015 Water Leak and Paving Repair Project This item is concerning the award of a maintenance services contract for the repair of water distribution system pipeline and service lateral leaks.
