5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not

limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the
Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.)

6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District
(Each Director will be limited to three minutes.)

7 . Consideration of Modifying a Contract for the Replacement of the Failed Truckee Substation
Transformer
This item involves increasing the change order allowance of an existing contract necessary to
proceed with having the failed 5MVA transformer at Truckee Substation replaced with a new unit.
8 . Consideration to Award a Maintenance Services Contract for the 2015 Water Leak and
Paving Repair Project
This item is concerning the award of a maintenance services contract for the repair of water
distribution system pipeline and service lateral leaks.

9 . Consideration of an Ordinance to Establish Pilot PEV Public Access Charging Rates

This item involves setting pilot end -user charging rates for electric vehicle charging stations
owned by the District.
