AGENDA
1. Call to order
2. Roll call
3. Public input — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the
agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is
considered.
4. PUBLIC HEARING — At 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held
for the purpose of receiving written and or oral comments from members of the public regarding a
proposal ,to enter into a contract with the Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems for the
purchase of electric power from the IPP-3 power plant.
ADJOURNMENT
The agenda is available for review at the
TDPUD office and the Truckee branch of the Nevada County Library
