7 . Consideration of Reimbursement to the Town of Truckee for Water Utility Work Associated
with Multiple Paving Projects
This item concerns the District's portion of utility work related to the 2017 Brockway Road Paving
Project and the East River Street Paving Project in the amount of $46,200.30
8 . Consideration of an Amendment to VMware Contract
This item concerns amending the VMware Annual Contract for an amount not to exceed
$53,466.28
9 . Consideration of a Contract with Moss Adams for a Single Audit for FY17 FEMA
Reimbursement
This item concerns a contract with the Board's audit firm Moss Admans to perform a Single Audit
for FY17 to comply with Federal Regulations, in an amount not to exceed $12,000 plus incidental:

10 . Consideration to Reject all Bids for the District's 2018 Paving Maintenance Project
This item is concerning the rejection of all bids received for the District's 2018 Paving
Maintenance Project
11 . Consideration of a Sole Source Procurement for Water Meter Box Lids
This item concerns purchasing meter box lids in an amount not to exceed $40.000.

12. Discussion of Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) Regarding Small Modular Reactor (SMR)
Project
This item involves information of the (FPP on the Small Modular Reactor including, why it works,
project structure, technology, alternatives, integration, team, contract and permits, power sales
contract
13 . Review the Districts Needs for an Arch Flash Hazard Analysis
This item concerns a study for the District's need in compliance with arch -flash requirements
14 . Electric Meter Replacement Project -Consideration of Policy Changes
This item involves a discussion of the work done to date to implement the electric meter
replacement project and discussion of possible policy changes related to the new metering
system.
