Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Consideration of Cancelling the Regular Board Meetings on March 20 and April 17, 2013 This item involves cancellation of the regular Board meetings on March 20 and April 17, 2013 due to a lack of District business. Consideration of a Nomination to Fill a Vacancy on the Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission This item involves making a nomination for an Alternate Special District Member seat of LAFCo.
