New District Website

Background / History
• District's website is a critical tool in our communications and
outreach efforts
• Last major work on our website was in 2007
— Content has been periodically updated
— New content in conjunction with District's work
— Water meters, conservation programs, tree trimming, etc.
— Increased communications and outreach
— Makes the website even more important
— District's customers are interacting more with Staff

— Evolution of cell phones into full data devices

• TDPUD 2012 Website Design Project
— Scope includes design and launch with optional hosting and
support
— RFP issued April 24, 2012
— RFP deadline May 16, 2012
• District received three proposals
— Vision Internet, Revize Software, and Smallpond
— Vendor presentations on May 30t" from Vision & Revize
— Scoring Committee results:
— Vision Internet proposal most advantageous

Fiscal Impact
— Sufficient funds exist in the approved FY12 and FY13
budgets for this project

Recommendation
• Award a contract for the TDPUD 2012 Website Design
Project to Vision Internet for an amount of $24,728 with a
10% change order authorization of $2,473 for a total amount
not to exceed $27,201 for a contract term ending December
31, 2013
