On August 5, 1988, Mark Harrigan began his employment with the District as a Meter
Reader. In 1989 Mark started working in the Water Department as a Water Helper and
progressed to Water Serviceman, Water Distribution Leadman, and Water Distribution
Foreman. During his many years, Mark has been a part of over 3,000 leak repairs and
has seen the water system grow from 4,700 service connections to over 12,000
service connections. When crew members have questions about where a water
service or a valve location is, Mark is the "go to" person.
On September 9, 1992, Scott Terrell began his employment with the District as a
Planning Director. In his nearly twenty years with the District, Scott has served as
Planning Director and Conservation Program Administrator. He has been instrumental
in the development of the District's energy and water conservation programs and a
very visible and respected member of the community.
